The Children's Ministry
We always welcome children at PMCC. Children can stay in worship with parents (we love the noises they make) or choose to go with two volunteers to a children's playroom stocked with toys, arts and crafts, and other age appropriate things to occupy them. Please contact Rev. Terri at: revterri@peninsulamcc.org for any further information.
The Men Gather
All those who identify as men try to gather monthly, usually on the third Saturday. One does not need to be a part of Sunday services to enjoy this time in community. If you would like more information about the men of PMCC visit their "Peninsula MCC Men's Group" on Google groups here.
The Women Gather
All those who identify as women gather occasionally for activities as arranged by members.
Church wide events
Bowling nights, Anniversary Parties, Dances, meals and so much more. Our regular attendees take an active role in making PMCC an exciting place to be where something is always happening. Visitors are invited to come along, just subscribe to our weekly updates to stay in the loop about ways to get involved.
Social Action
PMCC collects Ink Cartridges on Earth day, food for those in need around Thanksgiving, gifts for a family who needs Christmas Angels. We are also an active voice in San Mateo County for the equal worth and rights of LGBT people and their families. Visitors are invited to come along, just subscribe to our weekly updates to stay in the loop about ways to get involved.
The Care Team
Our Care Team is composed of regular attendees who agree to hold the specific requests of the community in prayer as well as the larger ministry of PMCC. This group also makes itself available to regular attendees with temporary needs and situations as they arise.
Teaching Parish Committees
PMCC has a long history of service as a teaching church. These committees are make up of laypersons who agree to provide feedback, support and council to clergy in training.
